Rig mat is mainly used for the equipment foundations of different drilling sites, such as derrick substructure, mud hog, purification can, engine house, tank car, jug, etc. It is convenient to install and has long performance life.

 

Ⅲ Rig mat structure

Frame of rig mat is welded by the H type steels, with excellent larches or camphor woods in it. After the antiseptic treatment, the woods are clamped by M39 extended bolts.

Ⅴ Method of application

Rig mat can be used in any earth surface, especially in the weak formation. For the broad contact areas between rig mat and ground, it can be set on the ground directly if fulfilled the qualifications as below:
Bearing pressure on foundation≥0.06Mpa
Ground flatness≤40mm
